Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and
of the Son, and of the holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And
behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:19-20)

Discipleship with Christ is a journey. How can the church best support its members in formation
as disciples? Parishioners of OMOS are invited to take part in the Discipleship Indicator survey,
beginning Ash Wednesday, March 5 until Monday, March 31. Your honest self-reflection about
your spiritual life and relationships will help the leaders at Our Mother of Sorrows understand
where we are collectively. Your individual answers are anonymous and will help us understand
where our parishioners are on their discipleship journey and the best ways to support them in
their growth. Above all, we want to do our part to help build the kingdom of God. Thank you for
your time taking the Discipleship Indicator survey: https://shorturl.at/3s8yv
