Baptism and Marriage Information

Baptisms

Both parents must attend and Godparents are encouraged to attend a Baptismal Preparation session anytime prior to the scheduling of the Baptism of their first child. The celebration of the sacrament usually takes place during any one of the weekends Masses or on Sunday following the 11:30 am Mass (around 12:30 PM). Baptismal preparation sessions are offered quarterly and announced in the bulletin.

Marriages

All couples planning a marriage must contact the parish clergy as soon as possible after engagement and before any date can be confirmed. When planning a wedding, the Seasons of Advent and Lent should be avoided. Diocesan guidelines for marriage preparation are followed.
