Rebel Care Program Information
Rebel Care is a safe, structured, fun place for your child to go after school!! Rebel Care is available from 2:15 until 5:30 in the lower level of the school. Your child will be met at the school gym and brought to our center. A typical day consists of a snack, assistance with homework and playtime. We have games, crafts, movies, video games, computer access, and outdoor fun.
You can use Rebel Care any time you want. Just fill out the Rebel Care form and send it to the school office. We prefer that you send them in the Friday before the week you wish to use us. This helps with planning for the week. Should you need us on short notice just send in a form that day with your child or call the school office.
All children participating in the program need to fill out an emergency form that will be kept on file with us. This is different from the form the school uses. Even if you’re not sure you want to use Rebel Care, consider filing a form with us so you can use the program at any time during the school year. There is a yearly fee of $10.00 per child. This fee helps to defray the cost of craft supplies and other incidentals.
For your convenience we have a Rebel Care cell phone number, to be used for emergencies only, 341-9913. This phone is in operation between the hours of 2:00pm-5:30pm.
